انت جايز تكون فيك حجات مش عجباك بس ماينفعش توصل لمرحلة انك تكره نفسك لانك لما بتتغير بتتغير عشان انت " حابب نفسك" تكون احسن , لازم تحب نفسك بكل عيوبها و محاسنها لانها ببساطة انت ! غير فيها اه و اكيد لاننا كلنا لازم نتغير للاأحسن بس لازم تحبها عشان يكون الدافع للتغير حقيقي لانك لو مش حابب من جواك مش هتعمل حاجة
